The Everything Shower That Reset My Whole Spirit

This morning called for an everything shower.

Nair, exfoliate, moisturize-yes. But most importantly, I spoke love and life over myself.

I’m deep in my DIY era, learning to pour into me more intentionally-despite the chaos, the pressure, the circumstances I’m navigating. There’s something sacred about that hot water hitting your body and washing away the heaviness of the week. It becomes a ritual. A cleansing. A release.

In that space, I pray, I affirm. Sometimes I cry. Sometimes it’s a full-blown concert- soap in hand like a mic. Other times, I just breathe. Letting the healing in.

Every drop feels like a fresh start.

My Current Everything Shower Lineup

These are a few of my favorite things—products that feel like a soft hug and a fresh beginning:

More Than Clean—It’s a Reset

This shower wasn’t just about hygiene. It was about cleansing my mind, body, and spirit. Speaking life into my reflection. Grounding myself in the now. Releasing what doesn’t serve me and welcoming in softness, clarity, and intention.

Now I want to hear from you:

What’s in your everything shower lineup?
What do you release when the water hits your skin?
Let’s talk rituals, healing, and the little routines that keep us whole.
